Incinerate the Fallen isn’t just another metal back from the South Shore of Massachusetts, though it was certainly born and raised there. Formed in 2005 as In The Flesh, ex Coldread drummer Mike Mannolini and former Empty Cell front man Chris Kilcup began writing to see where this group would take them. Growing their name in their hometown of Brockton, they spent 5 years as In The Flesh refining what they do best, and looking for the right band members to really take things to the next level.
Â
Joined eventually by long time friend and guitarist Tom Lawson, guitarist Matti Paananen, and most recent form Coldread and Hostile Ground bassist Moses, In The Flesh finally had all of pieces in place, aside from their name. A few short months after finalizing their line-up, In The Flesh became Incinerate The Fallen.
Â
Incinerate The Fallen matches straight up modern metal vocals with three roaring guitars, all sitting atop and a pounding and aggressive rhythm section. Their music evokes everything there is to love about metal at its best. Blending the best of old school and modern metal, they spark nostalgia while coming away with a sound all their own.
Â
It’s for this reason that Incinerate The Fallen has become one of the fastest growing bands in Massachusetts. So watch for Incinerate The Fallen to play a show near you. You’ll know it’s them. They’ll be the guys turning heads and making a big noise.
